The most thorough and extensive checklist on the web!

It is cross-border friendly, for those of you making the trip from another country

for your tailgating event.

Here’s my tip to you (and is what I do):

Print the file, then have it laminated. Buy yourself a dry erase marker.

Now for each game, race, or event

you mark it off and then erase it for the next tailgate… simple.

  2. First of all, you can thank your mother-in-law for this. She posted your website on a MSN website for tailgating recipes. i know most people would not agree with their in-laws but she was right. Your website is alot better than MSN tailgating recipe website.

i love your recipes and will be trying alot of them and the check list is the best one i have seen.

Now the real reason why i am sending a comment. We tailgate at every Houston Texans home game and there is one item we have everytime and i wanted to share it with you.

    Shrimp Stuffed Jalapenos
    Fresh Jalapenos
    Cream Cheese
    Raw Shrimp
    Bacon
Cut the ends off the Jalapenos and cut down the side. Remove the seeds and the ribs. Spread about 1 tablespoon of cream cheese in each jalapeno. Place the raw shrimp in the cream cheese jalapeno. Close the jalapeno and wrap with bacon. Secure the bacon with a toothpick and grill until the bacon.

I know it is hard to believe but the shrimp and the bacon will be done about the same time. We found it is better to wait a couple of minutes after taken it off the grill before eating them.

  3. Thanks for the post Denise,

I was actually going to be posting four different stuffed jalapeno recipes next week.

One is a Cajun stuffed jalapeno that uses shrimp too. I’m glad to see we are on the same page… can’t beat a good stuffed jalapeno!

Thanks for posting, I will add your recipe to the submitted recipe section.
